I live interstate. Can David still search for me?

Yes. David welcomes local and interstate buyers. His core focus is Noosa, the Sunshine Coast and the hinterland; wider Queensland and Australian enquiries are welcome, with location and scope agreed before the search. Online meetings, photo walks and clear written notes help you stay close to the shortlist.

I already live in the region. Is that different?

Only in how we stay in touch. You can meet face-to-face and walk through homes together, or keep the conversation going by phone and email. The search itself is the same.

Which areas does David cover?

The core focus is Noosa, the Sunshine Coast and the hinterland. David also welcomes enquiries elsewhere in Queensland and Australia. The search location and scope are agreed before work begins, including how inspections and communication will be handled.

Do I need to be planning a renovation?

No. A home that suits you as it stands is a perfectly good outcome. If you later want advice on changes, that work is arranged separately through 4D Architects.

What if a home doesn’t meet every preference?

Few do. David’s role is to read each home honestly against your brief — what it gives you, what it asks of you — so you can weigh the trade-offs clearly rather than chasing a perfect match.
