About David
David Doyle
4D Buyers Advisory
A Queensland story
In his twenties, David rode north — out of Victoria and into a different way of life. He rowed for Australia, trained hard, and learned how discipline and a clear plan carry you through the work that matters.
Architecture followed. In 2003, with Maria Catalano, he established 4D Architects — a practice built on residential work and the close reading of how people actually live.
Queensland became home again in 2021. Living in the region, David saw how often the search for a home is left to chance or to someone else’s priorities. 4D Buyers Advisory is his answer: the same trained eye, turned to helping you find the home that fits your life.
Experience that serves your search
Twenty years of residential design teaches you to see what isn’t always obvious.
Where the morning light falls. How rooms connect. What a house will ask of you over time. David brings that reading to every home he considers on your behalf.
Award-recognised architectural work
Two residential projects by 4D Architects have been recognised in design awards. This is work David led as an architect — presented here as evidence of a trained eye, not as awards won by the buyer advisory service.

The practice behind the experience
4D Architects continues as a separate architectural practice. Any future design advice for your home is arranged independently of the buyer advisory service.
The home search begins with finding a place that suits you as it stands.
